  1. I am visiting Las Vegas next month and was wondering if there are any options to row at any time during the week through your organization?
I live in the Chicago suburbs and have been sculling in single and 2 person shells over the last year.
I also have a friend in the area that also would be interested in joining me if possible and although they have rowed regularly on a rowing machine in a fitness center -they have never rowed outdoors on the water in a rowing or racing shell.
Please let me know what options if any might be possible?
    Many thanks,
    Scott

  2. Hi, my name is Roberto Cartagena. I’m the head trainer at Orangetheory Fitness Green Valley North. I would like to enter the LLV Indoor Rowing Championships. How do I go about doing that?

  3. Jim,
I’m very interested in joining the Adult Novice Rowing Team. I was unable to make Sat 03June’s session. Do I have to wait for the next practice session, I believe it’s the end of the month, or may I sign up to attend the weekly practice’s now?
    Thank you for your time,
    Colleen
