Junior Rowing Camp #3 July 11th – 21st, 2023 9-Noon

The Lake Las Vegas Rowing Club is hosting Junior Rowing Camps for boys and girls (6th-12th grade) throughout the summer. Each camps will run for two weeks on Tuesday thru Friday, 9-noon each day. Kids will learn the basics of rowing on land (ergometers, weights stretching, dynamic warmup) and on the water in sculling and sweep rowing. No experience is necessary. We will meet at 9:00 am at the Lake Las Vegas Rowing Club. Take LLV Parkway, a right on Summer House Dr., then a left after the unmanned guard house onto the newly paved road and follow it to the end, then take the dirt road and drive to the facility with the wooden fence around it. Park and walk inside.  Please have your athlete wear running shoes and tighter fitting clothes. Bring a Large water bottle, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses. Each Parent must bring a printed and signed LLVRC waiver for each athlete. (LLVRC-WAIVER.pdf) Cost for each 2 week camp is $250.00
